The birth of a baby can be a very exciting and nerve wrecking experience, especially when something goes wrong. In some situations, a baby may experience a neonatal seizure as a result of a medical error.  A neonatal seizure is caused by abnormal electrical activity in the brain that results in convulsions in the body.
